How is your “We Miss You” campaign coming along? Is the effect perhaps less than you expected?
Perhaps that is because the campaign isn’t all that well-designed?
A major part of the problem with the campaign is that the campaign URL www.upc.nl/ikmisje doesn’t actually lead to a campaign page. At least not in Chrome 33.0.1750.146.
Or is the selection in your mailing list the problem? My wife received your “We Miss You” mailing last week. She is indeed no longer a customer. But could that be because she is married to me; we live together under the same roof; we were both customers before our marriage; and we had you merge our contracts under my name after the marriage? And might all these facts be readily available in your own administrative systems?
The message your campaign sends this way is: please come back to us, because neither our adminstrative processes nor our web site are in good working order.
